Specification for Latex Anti-C Gloves


The latex gloves conform to the requirements of MIL-G-82242D. The following nominal characteristics are common to all CTL latex gloves.

Material: Natural latex; colored in accordance with specific ordering data. Gloves are case-hardened using a chlorinating process with the residual chlorine removed. (Chemical composition: Natural Latex Rubber ; less than 1% each of the following processing aids; Sulfur, Zinc Oxide, SOXINOL EZ, SOXINOL TP and ANTIGENE SP.)

Marking: Gloves are marked with the size on the palm side of the wrist. The Anti-C symbol and other markings (e.g. SEG symbol) may be included.

Design: Gloves are standard Right & Left, four finger & thumb style with rolled cuffs. An embossed anti-slip pattern covers the palm, finger and thumb.

Physical requirements:
Tensile strength 3800 psi min.
Elongation 750 % min.
Specific Gravity .94 - 1.15
Thickness .018" nominal; .016" min.
